I initially booked the parking space because the price was excellent, but when I got to the location the customer service was exceptional. More businesses need to have a representative like Zoey. Thank you to Sparefoot Storage for the great deal and thank you Zoey for the wonderful service. It was fast, easy and I was treated like a valued customer.

One of my inquiries was access to storage unit.Being as this was a last minute move I needed access to said facility 24 hours a day..SPARE FOOT stated referred storage facility had 24 hour access..I made my payment signed lease online and proceeded to bring items to facility only to be told access to units is ONLY during business hours of 930-5:15pm. I am satisfied with customer service with facility, I was extremely inconvenienced. I had to come out of pocket additional fees (transportation /overnight storage) until following business day..

Both of the representatives I worked with--Jesse initially and Marland at the Lamotte Street facility--were exceptional. Marland was professional, helpful, kind and polite to everyone who was in line to pay or check in, and his pleasantness was contagious. He explained everything very clearly and gave me several options in addition to what I had reserved. Sign-in was fast but thorough and he patiently answered my questions. The facility is clean & well-maintained. It's apparent that the overall management and the on-site personnel are proud of the service they provide and dedicated to making personal storage a pleasant experience for their customers. My only suggestion would be to have more signage on the floors directing renters to the units by number, and to the elevators so they are easier to find when leaving. The exit signs led me to stairways that were alarmed and it took a while to find the corridor leading to the elevators.

It kind of shocked me because of the pictures I wasn’t really expecting it to have as much Space I actually had left after actually storing everything I actually came out good and was more than enough which was perfect I’m satisfied with the price and the storage unit

I reserved a unit and after I looked at the unit, I decided I needed a larger unit to hold all my furniture and boxes. Marian located a larger unit for me and patiently redid all the paperwork. He is the best and the customer service is outstanding.

I am leaving a negative review after over a year renting at this location. I have been "evicted" for not able to produce a document that they ALREADY HAD ON FILE while I was driving and within the 48 hours given to me and this is after they mis-handled my payments sent to them via my banks bill payer service. They accepted three and rejected two so the transactions were label suspicious/fraud and I was unable to use my bill payer service for this biller ever again. When I was contacted last week I was made to feel rushed, unwelcome, and nearly yelled at for not able to produce documents while I was driving for their "audit". So I left them.

They were very prompt in response as they called me about 2 minutes after I reserved unit online. The staff was super helpful in answering my questions while they gave me a tour of the unit I was interested in (and I had a lot of questions because I've never done this before) and told me exactly what I was signing when I signed it. They also made sure that building was secure and well kept.
